- Lemon bliss balls 🌴... my secret I gedient is tahini. This gives a smooth caramel richness which is so delicious 👌 Ingredients: *1 cup raw cashews *1 cup raw almonds *2 tablespoons tahini *3 tablespoons honey *2 large lemons (juice and rind) *2 tablespoons melted coconut oil *1 cup of shredded coconut *1 cup shredded coconut to coat balls Steps: 1. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl, then blend in blender or food processor (keep a few chunky nuts in the mixture for crunch). 2. Roll out balls in shredded coconut and refridgerate for 1 hour. 3.
