Q: What caused you to make the switch to the "crunchy" side? Was it a life event or after hearing someone else's story? I'd love to hear YOUR reasons why!! 🌻
A: I can't claim to be entirely crunchy by any means. I do what I can! But for me, I made a huge change in my choices of products and foods when I was pregnant with my first. It is TERRIFYING the things you hear about how the outside affects baby inside. I felt so guilty after reading things about chemicals and toxins that I cut a lot cold turkey! Everything since then has just kind of fallen into place. I still have a lot of "cleaning up" to do but I'll get there!! #healthymamaschat #wellnesswednesday
