- I've got #goals! And goals...they live outside of your COMFORT ZONE ✌🏻 . . Sometimes you have to bust out of that comfort zone you love and do something HARD. . . Hard to me and hard to you are different. Hard to me today and hard to me last year are different. That's okay when we are all going to step the same distance outside of that box we put ourselves in. . . I'm going to do something for 3 weeks. It's a totally new type of workout and a new type of meal plan that I have never done before. I'm going to challenge myself. That's how you grow! We are all going to be beginners at this! . . ...And I'm challenging you to do the same! . . I can be someone who starts a million things and doesn't finish any of them (scatter brain??) ...but I'm finishing this! When you totally set your mind to something and DECIDE you friggin do it. . . >>>>Team up with me and our group for accountability and you'll bust through that comfort zone that's holding you back. I prooomisseee you can do this! . . I know you can. . . No matter what level you think you're at with fitness or how much you know or don't know about nutrition, let's push ourselves together! . . The workouts and the meal plan change every week. It's always new. You get EXACTLY what to do for exercise and what to eat and even what to buy at the grocery store each week. You get our support. You just had to show up and do it! . . Our group is called Push Yo Self 👐🏻 because I'm professional like that 🤣 . . Comment here if you are ready to push yo self out of that comfort zone! . . There are already 10 of us who have decided and committed. Now all that's left is leaving the comfort zone behind!
