- Do something that you think you can't! I haven't tried #PistolSquats in over a year like this smh.. So I thought I should incorporate them into my leg workout.. I did a couple sets after a full #DTP set on the leg press 😂🤦🏾 def not too smart.. next time I'll start my #workout with the fancy shit so I can perform more of those pistol squats and also stronger 💪🏾😁 ... but let me tell you how important switching up your #routine is!! If you always do the same exercises, same number of reps and sets, you'll stop seeing results, since your #muscles adapt and cant be "tricked" into growing anymore. Switch up your routine, try something new every now and then and find your limits to push them.. your muscles need that certain kind of stimulus and shock to grow and get stronger! Always think about it in your workouts 🌼 🌼 🌼 I hope y'all have started your week fabulously and continue to work hard!! 💪🏾😎 . .
