- Whoa! My legs and booty were sore today! So sore that I could only get through 5 minutes on the stairmaster and then had to move to the bike for my cardio. 😜 . . I could have stopped at 5 minutes, but instead I found a different method to get the job done: 3.5 mile bike ride! πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈ . . Sore means that your body is changing, it's responding to the stress you are putting on your muscles. Stretching helps, but if you are pushing yourself you will feel sore! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻 . . If you are working out every day and doing the same routines and wondering why you aren't getting results it's probably because your muscles aren't being challenged. This was me for years...I was running or using the elliptical for 30 minutes or more and burning off 300 calories but my body wasn't changing shape. - I am so proud of this man! He has come such a long way! From frozen processed foods and donuts every week to meal prep and homemade foods! AND he gets up to workout without me! 😯😝 He is definitely my balance in life! But there is something special when husband and wife come together to accomplish something and work hard and lift each other up to reach their goals, whatever they may be. Today, that is fitness! πŸ’ͺ SO, give it up for Joe and read what choosing a healthy lifestyle has done for him! πŸ‘
