- Today is recovery day. And I know it sucks but I promise, it's worth it just to take a day for some good stretching. I'm planning on some #yoga with Vytas on #BOD and then some foam rolling Bc that sounds amazing right now. 😍 . I woke up still stuffy/runny nose/ watery eyes/ headache/ congestion... all the fun things in life. . But the plus side of today is in about 8 hrs I'm headed to Columbia with my bestie to see the Roosevelt's tonight!!
