Instagram photo by stefiani_yan - Its time for health-friendly #chopstick  Yeay... my all time favorite 😍  Cauliflower " fried rice "  #vegetarian #DIYfood  Ingredients 1. 1 head of cauliflower 2. 2  eggwhite, whisked 3. cubed carrots and chickpeas, 4. 1/4 red onion 5. 3 cloves of garlic 6. 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce (gluten and grain-free) 7. coconut oil to cook 8. Chili pepper (optional) 9. 2 scallions and the leaves thinly sliced 10. 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro leaves 11. 2 tablespoons of chopped basil 12. Blackpepper 13.dash of salt  Instructions  1.Cut up the cauliflower into small florets so that they'll fit into a food processor. Food process the cauliflower until it forms very small "rice"-like pieces.  2. Add 2 tablespoons of #coconut oil into a large pan, sautee #onion, #scallions, #garlic, and #chili pepper  3.Add in the cauliflower and scallions leaves..let it cook on a medium heat.  4.Stir regularly to make sure it doesn't burn!  5. Add the package of carrots and #chickpeas to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil for around 5-10 minutes.  6. Add in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into a different skillet on medium heat and add in the white eggs. Let the eggs cook a little bit before stirring it. Gently stir the eggs as if you're making a scramble, but make sure the eggs don't clump together too much.  7.When the white eggs are pretty solid, add the eggs to the cauliflower in the pan. Drain the carrots and peas and add to the cauliflower too.  Add in 1 tablespoon of tamari soy sauce, blackpepper and salt to taste.  8.Cook for 2-3 minutes more and serve.  #grainfree #grainless #highfiber #dietsehat
