Not to mention everything is grown fresh so they have a constantly changing menu 😊. For starters we had Duck liver parfait, spiced date, pickled garden vegetable, on brioche. The other starter was stuffed courgette flower with ewes curd and lemon. For our mains we shared a Rump of lamb with Asparagus, pea, watercress, and gentlemen's relish. Our other main was a beautiful fillet of Scottish Hake, with potato and anchovy terrine, sprouting broccoli, and almond dressing. A fantastic menu and great place for dates, they also do wedding venues by the way 😉. This place is 10/10 and well worth a visit. Bahan-bahan : 2 ekor Ikan Tongkol 1000 ml Air 1 sendok makan Air Jeruk Nipis 2 batang Serai 4 lembar Daun Jeruk 1 lembar Daun Kunyit 2 biji Asam Kandis/Asam Gelugur 10 siung Bawang Merah 5 siung Bawang Putih 100 gram Cabe Merah Keriting 2 ruas kunyit Garam secukupnya Langkah Ikan Tongkol di potong sebesar 2 cm , lalu lumuri dengan air jeruk. Diamkan 15-20 menit Haluskan Bumbu-bumbu : Bawang Merah, Bawang putih, Cabe Merah Keriting, kunyit. Tumis Bumbu halus tersebut sampai berubah warna , lalu masukkan batang serai yang sudah di memarkan, Tambahkan air, lalu masukkan daun jeruk dan daun kunyit.
