- Back in business fam! 😁💖 ready to kick it back up with this meal prep breakdown!!! Had to use packets for some of the stuff like the falafel and the tabouli because I was so weak I couldn't really stand for too long of a time before I felt like collapsing 😷 so I didn't have the energy to make them from scratch. The flu was very tough, but I'm tougher boo boo! I just needed to get my energy back up and now I'm ready to go!!! So ready!!!! 💆🏽👩🏽‍🌾💃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🤺⛹🏽‍♀️🏊🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏇🏽🚴🏽‍♀️ ✖️Description✖️ This meal prep is about 2,000 calories, total protein = 158, carbs = 234, fat = 68, please adjust the amount of the food to meet your fitness goals!! •Breakfast (around 6 am): sautéed tomatoes with a little of tomato paste and an egg on top || spinach || chocolate chip pancake sticks (from frozen) with blueberries. Cal = 300 C 44 F 9 P 13 •Pre/post workout: pre workout snack only if I’m hungry, .2 cups pecans and .1 cups almonds about 180 calories (this is an approximation) || I’m trying women’s best protein powder suggested by @meggan_fit_music (banana flavor!! YUM!) 2 scoops = 130 cals Cal = 308 C 8 F 19 P 30 •Lunch: .3 cups (about 4 patties) falafel (from packet, don’t hate me. Going to ask my mom for her falafel recipe and share it with you guys when I can) || lettuce || chives || 1 peta bread || 2 spoons of tahini sauce. Cal = 400 C 54 F 30 P 13 •Snacks: Rx bar || 1 cup of blackberries. Cal = 272 C 38 F 8 P 14 •Dinner: lemon pepper chicken || peas and onion || broccoli || zucchini || white rice || grape, celery, and greek yogurt salad. Cal = 420 C 37 F 3 P 60 •Snacks (keep in mind I will probably be eating these throughout the day, not necessarily after dinner): 8 oz greek yogurt || 1 peach || chia seeds = about 190 cals || 1/2 cup of tabouli about 167 cals.
