Making Rava Idli from scratch is super easy. 1 Cup of roasted rava(semolina), you need 1/2 cup of yogurt.In 1 tsp oil, add seasoning Mustard Seeds, Chana Dal, Curry leaves and asafoetida .Add them to the roasted rava. To the roasted rava, add yogurt, grated ginger, salt and yogurt. Mix well . Add more water if needed to obtain a pourable consistency. Set it aside for 30 minutes. Add Baking Soda and stir again. Add them to idli plate and steam for 10-12min.
