- Jeg har altid trænet, men først for 1,5 år siden, startede jeg med at træne fast 3-5 gange om ugen. Jeg opnåede en del resultater kilo mæssigt, men forstod ikke hvorfor min krop ikke blev fast og markeret. Så jeg begyndte at læse en del om vægttab ved hård styrketræning og begyndte at følge end masse kvinder herinde, der fik mig til at indse, at min kalorieindtag på 1400 kcal om dagen ikke var nok til at min krop kunne opbygge muskler, men at den i stedet tog på dem, hvis jeg ikke indtog mere, så jeg satte stille og roligt mit indtag op. Nu er jeg oppe på 1800 kval om dagen og har opnået rigtig meget. - For the second part in the testosterone articles I am going to go a bit Oprah/Dr Phil for a few minutes. . Here is the problem with men. We don’t like to talk about our problems (it is definitely one thing that women do a lot better than us). Even though most men around my age and older will each be suffering from similar symptoms, we will never know, as we are never going to admit to it. You can’t tell your mates you are feeling less of a man? The slegging would be never ending! The ironic thing is that because of this issue, we actually become less and less like the man we once were due to this inability to talk to our friends. . If we more honest with our friends, we would soon discover that we are all suffering from similar things, (some more than others) but to some degree, we all will experience this at some stage. . So if we all want to stay being “LADS” and avoid talking to other guys, thus denying that shit is actually starting happen to us, how can we work out whats going on? . Well thats where I hopefully come in to help you out. If you feel you are suffering from one or more of the following signs, there is a good chance you are losing your mojo and need to do something bout it. . The first two signs are, in my opinion, the two that need to get sorted first. If this is happening you, get on it ASAP . •Loss of sex drive. •Loss of muscle mass •Increase in body fat •Lack of energy/easily fatigued •Mood changes •Erectile problems •Loss of sex drive. . We all know what we are like. Every man on this earth is the greatest ride on the planet…. in their own mind ( I on the other hand know that in my case this is actually the truth, so sorry to burst you bubble lads). All joking aside, the fact that we all think about sex, all the time, shows the role it plays in us identifying as a male. . We are born to procreate. Its the most basic, evolutionary force on the planet, it is how we are here today, so when we start to lose interest, Its kind of a big deal. Testosterone plays a huge part in sex drive in both the sexes but more so in us.

I've been so self conscious of the fact that my cellulite has gotten an awful lot worse (more visible in person than in pictures) than it has been before, BUT, reading her two posts about cellulite has made me come to terms that IT IS NATURAL for us to have these imperfections, and that they are what they is 🤷🏻‍♀️ To reiterate what she said, they are insignificant to who we are as human beings, and these little dimples do not define your life and should not take away from your happiness. Many women of all different shapes and sizes have them and someone who doesn't have them is no better than someone who does, and the other way around. Accept them, embrace them, own them, and don't let them make you insecure. #loveyouself #flawsandall #humpday #womanbod 🍑
