- Here's a mini clip of what my leg workout consist ( I change them around, that way my body doesn't get use to it ☝🏼) The beginning of the clip is just a warm up, it is crucial to ensure that gluteus muscles are activated prior heavy lifting ( as well as stretch ) πŸ”΄ when it comes to warming up I do 2-3 sets with 15-20 reps πŸ”΄ leg extension ( each leg 10 reps then both legs 10 reps ) weight on single leg was 10lbs both legs 70 lbs πŸ”₯ def felt the burn ! πŸ”΄smith machine, stationary lounge with curtsy ! 😫 it was a killer!! - Day 9 C5 - Run day! 4 miles tonight. The first two went well and I was maintaining a good pace, but then my calves (especially right) started playing up so my second two miles were slower. I knew my calves were going to give me grief before I set off. Might need to rest instead of leg day tomorrow. Still pleased with my run! Loads of steps as well Breakfast was a coffee protein smoothie. Lunch was leftover turkey mince. Tea was a cloudbread sausage and bacon buttie with some coconut flour chocolate low calorie cake for pudding and refuel!
