Instagram photo by squats.for.sarahSo this is where I'm at right now! I've been on & off the proverbial fitness wagon for the last 18 months, but have decided to log my progress weekly with photos & measurements for the last few weeks to help keep myself accountable & motivated.
Unfortunately I've also been battling an ankle injury, which has prevented me from doing a lot of high intensity (& even some low intensity since walking is even a limited action right now ๐ฉ) exercise. So although I've only dropped a few cm around my waist so far I'm mostly just happy to not be going backwards โบ It's definitely been frustrating though, having that drive & not being able to push 100% when I want to! Which is partially why I'm making this account. Hoping if I lay it all out in front of me each week it will be easier to see that I am moving forwards, even if a bit slower than I'd like ๐
