Mais, si jamais elle doit être consommée, mieux vaut lui préférer une cuisson à l’eau plutôt qu’à l’huile. Ceci afin d’éviter l’ajout de calories supplémentaires. - Day 3️⃣ (for me) of our #workinprogressforwater challenge is the use of blocks when coming into your splits. Okay, so blocks are an excellent way to meet your body where it’s at! Don’t be shy about props! Place a block under your sit bone to bring the ground closer to you. Now, remember that you have 3 different heights to choose from with your block. Engage the core and square your hips to the best of your ability. Be sure that your hamstrings are nicely warmed up before attempting any variation of your splits! You can also place blocks on either side of your hands to keep your spine elongated. Breathe and don’t forget to do both sides 🤗 Don’t have a block? Use a pillow or roll up a small blanket .
