I like to make sure I'm waking up and working out hard before nighttime activities in order to keep my mind and body in line. Also!! Remember to fuel your body with WHOLE and nutrient dense foods, and drink tons of water. I've definitely been a victim of overeating protein bars, yogurts, etc. so I've been reaaaaallly working on fueling my body right and it's paying off, I feel stronger, healthier, and just all around better.
