- ✨ find your F L O W ✨ I feel frazzled post vacation. My birthday ended up turning into a week long celebration πŸ™ˆ so this week is all about getting shit done and finding my new flow. βœ–οΈ My life is in transition right now. Summer classes don't start until July (thank god!) β–ͺ️ I'm starting a new freelance gig I'm SUPER excited about β–ͺ️And I'm trying to use this downtime to grow and expand the blog and this 'gramβ–ͺ️ Although truth be told, most of the time I feel like the only thing I actually do is answer 29383 emails every day πŸ™„ Ya know the feeling? βœ–οΈ It's both exciting and nerve racking. Exciting to be in charge of my own schedule, my own life. But also nerve racking because there are days like yesterday where I feel like the only thing I did all day was workout and answer emails. βœ–οΈ To my freelancing, hustling, girl bossing, friends, how do you find that flow and routine? ✨

- Took an incredible yoga class with @danadamarayoga yesterday (thanks, Dana!) where she encouraged us to find time to play - in work, in life, and in spirit. (The point was especially driven home when at the end of yoga, instead of leading us in a chant, she led us in "row, row, row your boat" πŸ˜‚) . . Too often we are "go,go,go" and "work,work,work" (#rihanna) without allowing ourselves creative expression or time to play. This week I am taking advantage of every opportunity to play. What can you do this week that lets you get a little creative and let loose?

- Good morning! 🌞 It is with great sadness that I must inform you that I stepped on the scale and gained 3.2 lbs this week. That's the same amount of weight that I lost last week. I feel bad that now I'm going to have to kill my workouts and meals again to get below 300 lbs for the third time ever. A gain on the scale is not always YOUR fault. The body is a tricky specimen. You can follow your plans in detail and still have a derailment. I'm not letting a gain deter me. Hell, I was sick for a week and a half. I expected a gain somewhere over the past two weeks. There's no time for sadness. πŸ˜₯ No time for crying. 😭 It's time to keep pushing forward and getting the work done. Who's with me?!?

Have you tried it? Also a couple of you have asked where I get pommies this time of year. Sadly, I froze these babes back a while ago. The freezer is your freaking friend people. I use it all the time! Plus my fav secret is roasting veggies and toasting bread from frozen. GAME CHANGER!
