"HOW ARE YOU SO LITTLE AND EATING A BIG MAC?!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I get a TON of messages/comments everyday asking about which products I use or how I look the way I do- and so I wanted to create a quick blanket post to answer all questions πŸ˜…πŸ™‚ I use 5️⃣ products, some everyday, some once a month. . EVERYDAY I mix my πŸ‘‰πŸ»GREENS with a glass of water, and take my πŸ‘‰πŸ»THERMOFIT. WHY I DO THIS: I still am working on fixing my diet, but right now I still love my carbs and sugars πŸ˜… thermofit helps to boost my metabolism and kick cravings, and my greens help me get the servings of fruits/veggies I miss. πŸ˜˜πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I also take my πŸ‘‰πŸ»FATFIGHTERS everyday after my biggest meal... or after my "oops" meal. You know, the kind of lunch that ends up being 3 glazed donuts your friend taunted you with instead of some low fat, gluten free, blah blah blah... πŸ˜‚ Once a month I do a πŸ‘‰πŸ»CLEANSE that basically is a restart button to flush my system and detox. This is something that has helped with my stomach that will bloat no matter WHAT I eat 😫 and my goal with all this is to maintain a tight tummy! LASTLY, I πŸ‘‰πŸ»wrap. I wrap at least four times a month, because again, I WANT THAT TIGHT TUMMY. And I have actually moved on to using the wraps on my thighs, my arms, AND my jawline... 😍❀️ . . SO THERE IT IS!! πŸ˜‚ my big secrets of what I use and WHY! If anyone has more questions, don't hesitate to message me! - Getting after leg day. What a week. It never slows down but. So keep pushing and find your limits. This weeks successes included a lot of great training sessions and overcoming some fears. Some things to work on is prioritizing the time I need to make my personal goals come to life. I coach it every day and it is something that can become challenging when there are so many things pulling you in every direction. Time is one of our most valuable resources if we give it all to others and keep none for ourselves then we are not truly set up for success. This week make time for yourself, the people you love and make sure the work you do supports both.
