These vegan stuffed peppers 🌶 were inspired by their nacho cheese 🧀 and roasted poblano and jackfruit tacos 🌮. For a first attempt at vegan cooking, I'd happily pat myself on the back. - Seasonal smoothie recipe for success👇🏻. No crazy ingredients. No 🚀science. Promise 🙋 1️⃣BASE: pick ur fave. Add 1 cup to ur blender. I ❤️almond or cashew milk but coconut water or regular ol' h2o works just fine too! 2️⃣PROTEIN: Add 2 tbsps to ur base. want benefits (energy, muscle repair, blood sugar stabilization) w/out the flavor? Try #collagenpeptides like @vitalproteins or the VERY affordable Great Lakes brand avail on @amazon .
