- Yoga Poses 4 - 8 4: Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) 5: Triangle (Trikonasana) 6: Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) 7: Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana) 8: Tree (Vrikshasana) . I think my warrior one is good if only I did it right but technically it's actually a high lunge crescent pose... Ehh, whatever! . In the past few days I went through some very troubling emotions and events that I'm now moving past. Doing yoga has so far helped in my relaxation and at first I was sore and tense from the routines, I'm getting better and looser. I'll keep doing my pictures every day from now on, and I hope to not let such awful feelings prevent me from my goals in the future! . I encourage and would appreciate if all you yogi's out there might help me perfect my form and give me feed back! I'm going to be doing it every day, so follow my journey! 🤗 . Namaste 🙏😚

- It’s Monday! 💃🏽 & I have my positive pants on today 👖Even though my whole body felt stiff and achy today 🙄 so I took some time early this morning slowly going through a few asanas to relieve some of that tension. I worked on some standing postures, aiming to hold some of them for longer than I usually would ☝🏼 ☝🏼. Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana - bound extended side angle pose. One I’m working on and this felt amazing today as I could feel it working through my whole body. Stretching out the chest, shoulders, back, groin and hamstrings. Whilst also strengthening the legs, knees and ankles AS WELL as strengthening and lengthening the abdominal muscles.🙆🏽 So yeah... a great full body experience! 😆👏🏼. Hope everyone has a fab week! 🦄 ✨

- Some days a week when I am busy and running from here to there, my body starts pain and I feel myself very different. I use to think that I need take a rest but then when I go to my mat and I move and stretch my body something magic happens, all my energy go back to the correct place, I realize that I didn't need a rest, what I needed was move the stagnant energy.
