- It has been one week since I decided to cut processed sugar/junk food from my diet completely and here is what I have found! (Note: I’m counting junk food as anything with excessive sugar/bad fats that contains little or no nutritional value) + I haven’t been bloated at all really, which is usually a regular occurrence for me! + I have lost 4.5lb! + I have more energy + My skin looks healthier + My hair seems to be lasting longer before it needs washing + I am craving sugar less & less, it’s easier to say no + I have felt less irritable + I feel generally better, happier and more in tune with myself again :) Cannot believe all of this has come from just one week. Convinced processed sugar is the enemy! I always thought sugary treats perked me up and helped if I’d had a bad day but they just end up exacerbating the bigger problems I have which puts me in a worse mood.
