- A little Halloween treat, without the cheat. 🍂☕️🦇🎃🍁🌙🕸 Vegan Pumpkin spice cake ball: • 1 cup of dates • 1/3 cup of pumpkin purée • 1/4 cup of coconut flakes • 1/2 cup pecans Time to make it pumpkin spice! • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp cloves • 1/4 tsp nutmeg • 1 pinch of salt Then roll it around in your favorite vegan chocolate! 🍫 Set in freezer for 1-2 hours, then ready to snack on. #vegan #pumpkinspice #energyballs #paleorecipes #paleo #veganrecipes #fallsnacks #halloweentreats #yummy #chocolate

Ingredientes: ¤ 180g de tâmaras medjool ¤ 40g de amêndoa (palitada ou laminada) ¤ raspa de laranja ¤ sumo de laranja ou óleo de coco ¤ cacau cru em pó Preparação: Demolhar as tâmaras em água morna. Retirar o caroço. Coloque num prato o cacau em pó e reserve. Num processador, triturar as tâmaras com a amêndoa e raspa de laranja a gosto. Não triture demasiado para manter alguma textura da amêndoa Colocar uma colher de sumo de laranja ou óleo de coco para aligeirar a massa. Humedeça as mãos com água e faça pequenas bolinhas. Passe cada bolinha pelo cacau. Leve ao frigorífico. These are the perfect quick snack before a workout, but don't want too much in your stomach. . . 1 cup of almonds 1 cup of oats 12 dates 1T cocoa powder 1T peanut butter (optional) 1/4 cup water . In food processor blend almonds until powdered then add the oats & blend in the dates once they are tiny pieces you can add the cocoa powder & peanut butter. Slowly add the water until dough is formed. Roll into balls & place in the refrigerator.
