- Tonight's dinner inspired by Dr Rhonda Patrick, Heart start grass feed beef for my iron and B12 mixed with blended broccoli, cauliflower, walnuts, turmeric, black pepper and garlic patties for my folate, magnesium, vitamin K1, anti inflammatory and anti-atherosclerotic properties, Mash sweet potatoe with Himalayan rock salt provides a healthy source of Low GI carbohydrates. Spinach, kale for magnesium and folate, cherry tomatoes for my D-spartic acid, avocado and raspberries for Vit E, K, beta carotene, folate and Vit C and there ketogenic properties all great in heart and vascular health as well as thyroid function, dressed with Apple cider vinger for acetic acid, potassium and magnesium, balsamic vinger, squeeze of Lemon for PH balance and orange for Vit C. - Salty and sweet - I've been enjoying yogurt and granola for breakfasts this week (typical siggis and purely elizabeths). Decided to switch it up since I'm working at home today. Enjoying this deliscious toast with my new favorite Bubba cup!
