- What is your go-to smoothie bowl topping? 🍌🍑🍓🍒🌱👅 I have been all about green smoothie bowls during the weekends this summer and I love it! You can pack it with so much good stuff and still make it taste like dessert 😏 The key ingredients are sweet fruits, bananas, mango, pineapple, dates etc. They will overpower the greens and make it super yummy. I have to say that tasting a little bit of greens (I put a lot + greens powder) does not bother me at all. You will see that once you start incorporating more greens into your diet, your taste buds naturally adjust. Actually, did you know that our taste buds expire and regenerate every 2 weeks or so? Meaning you can hate broccoli right now and become obsessed with it in two weeks time. Isn't that crazy? But it makes sense, when I was little I hated vegetables that I could not live without today. 🌱🙌 Anyways, for a start, I would recommend you add a handful or two of greens like spinach into your smoothie, followed by enough sweet fruit and work from there. . I hope you are having a great weekend so far! I will go for a nice run later this morning. I love the atmosphere on Sundays.
