- Here's some pics of the delicious food at Mario Batali's Eataly Boston at the Prudential Center. So last week while in #boston I really got off my plan! I didn't eat enough fuelings throughout the day and I most definitely cheated on my meal plan from the time the plane left the ground till I got back (and even a little bit after). It was my plan to do so from the beginning, and so I don't feel sorry for myself, nor am I beating myself up about it... but Wow! I gained weight! Today I'm weighing in at 412.8 lbs., which is way up from the 405.8 lbs. (7 lbs. 😳) from last week, but obviously down from where I started at 492.6 lbs. on 2/17/17 😬 Today, I will remove the flat tire from this broken down vehicle and replace it with a good tire, and continue on my journey! I'm not slashing the other 3 tires! The most important thing I think I learned from this was that when I went to Chicago, I cheated just as much, but I didn't come off of my fuelings at all between meals, and so I gained very little. This trip I completely jumped off and missed some fuelings because of work and team building busyness. I think that maybe slowed down my fat-burning metabolism. One major positive is this: I walked all over Boston. I walked over 15,000 steps two days in a row and 10,000 steps the last day. One night I walked from Little Italy all the way winding back through downtown to the Theater District at my hotel! That's huge for a guy who struggled mightily to walk half a mile in February. I know this was a setback, but I'm still headed in the right direction and looking forward to this move back as a motivational catapult for the next phase of my plan!!! #weighinsaturday #imgoingtowin #imgoingtomelt #optavia #optaviahealthcoach #eataly #toomucheataly #wentoffplan #keepmovingforward
