Water π§is great for muscles, energy, blood health, skin, hair, and just about everything! π
But so many of us load up on other drinks that dehydrate rather than hydrate!
As a rule of thumb π, you're supposed to be drinking half of your body weight plus 10 oz for every 30 minutes of working out.
I break my water up into 1/4 th's. I drink 1/4 of my water before 10 am, the next before 1, the next before dinner and the last 1/4 before bed. Makes it super easy! ---
