- 3 Way Raise I like to this exercise as a finisher for my shoulder workout. In the video I perform 3 reps of each , forward raise (anterior) , side raise ( lateral) & back raise ( posterior). When you perform the exercise yourself you do 10 reps of each , so 30 reps and do 3 sets in total. I'm working on eating more calories and it's actually really hard?! tallying up everything I have planned for eating today and I'm still only at 1210 calories even after adding additional clean snacks and bigger meals. Trying to make it to 1500 to begin. (I'm going back to strength training so more calories for more fuel).
