- Note to self: don't go to the gym at 7:00 pm! It was so busy that I had to wait for every single equipment. I also forgot to take a pic. But I squatted 185lb's and I did a deadlift set of 5 reps with 200lbs. Also did some different arm exercises. I am happy I made it even though I had a super busy day.
