- Fun clean complex today - power clean, push jerk, front squat, hang squat clean, and finally split jerk. This was my 225lb finish working up to 1RM. Today was a good day cause the body actually felt good doing it lol. - 🖤🌲 this is what happens when I tell @bodybycalvin_ That I need to hit the cardio hard. He always knows how to push me to my limits! Also, with Christmas coming in hot, it’s time to pump up the cardio to prepare for yet again another holiday cheat day feast. Or, if you’re like me and have more than one cheat day a week, then this is a great workout to keep yourself in check. Im so excited about this one I’m going to hit up @goldsgymsocal right now to give this another go! -the goal is to hit 30-45 secondsfor each exercise, then repeat 3-4 times! -tag me in your workouts and let me know how this works for you!

Quando si fanno certi tipi di sport è bene integrare per migliorare le prestazioni, la ricomposizione corporea e soprattutto per evitare deficit e prevenire danni psicofisici, muscolari e articolari. Ma ALT! ⛔ , non tutti necessitano delle stesse dosi e tipologie quindi anche in questi casi rivolgetevi sempre a chi di competente. - Today I printed out the advanced 12 week training plan that @bathhalf sent out. Of the next 84 days, 8 are rest days, 76 days are running, and some of those are a morning run AND an evening run. I will go over this with my dad acting as coach and tailor it to suit me, but this is the kind of work that now needs to be put in to have a successful race in March. I will make an effort to document some of the journey here and on the podcast. But inevitably, much of the work will be done in silence, away from the lights of social media. My desire to live and run in the mountains does not fade, but right now the focus is 13.1 miles #running #bathhalf #halfmarathontraining #fitness #runner #crosstraining #trainingplan #goals #fitnessmotivation #fitnesspodcast #jogon

- I have to post this after tonights crossfit... EMOM X4!!! And finish with 5 min burpees, oh lord 😱. (this dont sound so hard but as stubborn as I am I go for the heavvvy iron 💪) I tasted blood in my mouth, I thought I was going to throw up twice! After 5 burpees my thighs was buuuurning, and I knew I had to do go on for 5 more minutes and all I could think of was how I love this kind of sport that pushes you to the limit and a bit more, and all you want is more more more ❤❤❤. #crossfitisthebaddassestsportsonearth #CrossFit #crossfitgirls #crosstraining
