Cravings are our bodies trying to talk to us, and we don't always listen. Instead, we indulge (which is totally fine, BTW), rather than becoming more attuned to what our bodies are telling us.
Cravings are often affected by nutritional factors, but lifestyle habits play an enormous role as well. Sleep, stress, over-exercising, and emotional factors all come into play when we start hankering for the all the things, usually higher fat, sugar or refined carbohydrate items like ice cream, chips, candy...you know what I'm talking about! 😉
Check out my latest blog post for my top 6 tips to kill cravings, and be sure to add yourself to my email list for some exclusive info. Next newsletter going out tomorrow and I'm sharing a super embarrassing story, lol. 😂
