- Shana Tova! Happy New Year to all those celebrating Rosh Hashanah! This is a beautiful time to bring new sweetness and new growth into your life. For me, I'm bringing in more health, energy and friendship. I started by swimming with my good friend the Pacific Ocean this morning around 7am and I felt truly energized. It was Awesome! Jag har till och med haft en coachingsession på kvällen. Det har jag väldigt sällan.⠀ ⠀ Nu har jag övergått i soffhäng och kvällsvila. Jag behöver ladda för morgondagens coachingsessioner. Då blir det kvartalsplanering för kund och tidscoaching med en annan person. Men jobbdagen är slut klockan 14:00. Det är ju fredag trots allt.⠀ ⠀ Vad gör du just nu?

- Face Pulls are great way to strengthen the upper back musculature, balancing out pressing movements and keep the shoulders healthy. Doing them with a TRX or on rings also incorporates the core, giving you yet more bang for your buck. To this point only about 4-5 weeks have passed and she's already down roughly 6-8 pounds! ➡️I wanted to share these photos because sometimes all you may need is a different approach to nutrition, training, and cardio to make all the difference. ➡️Like many of you, Inara was plateaued and wasn't progressing. A quick adjustment to all of the above variables got her right back on track!
