- What do you need to plant your New Moon Seed? 🌱 Ingredients: 1. Personal Journal to record your intentions in. 2. A super fun Pen to write with. 3. Knowledge of what sign the Full Moon is in and its element. (ex. Leo = Fire = Spirit or Internal Will). 4. An idea of what seeds (intentions) you'd like to plant into your life and into this world! FOR BEGINNERS: Find a quiet space alone, or sit in a comfortable circle with your #coven family. Tune into the sign the New Moon is in and its element. Then, take your super fun Pen and write down what you are ready to experience within the context of the #sign the New Moon is in and it's #element. This is like themed #reflection and #intention setting. It can be as long or as short as you'd like. Keep this paper in your Journal, or rip it out and "plant it", such as folding it up and placing it under a potted #plant, saving it in a special box, or literally burying it in the dirt outside! Whatever keeps your #creative #energy flowing! I like to keep mine somewhere I can easily (and cleanly) read later for #reflection. That's it! After you plant this seed you may feel upheavals in energy as things will start to come to the surface that need to get out of the way. These are things/experiences/emotions you can release on our next Full Moon! (See Moon Calendar here.) FOR MORE ADVANCED: #Cleanse the room you will be using to do your New Moon seed plant in with your preferred #cleansing ingredient. (Sage, Cedar, Palo Santo, Blessed Water, etc.) Ask for #guidance in your release from your #ancestors, your angels, and your #spirit #family who is watching over you. Continue with instructions for BEGINNERS. After you've finished 'planting your seed' close your #circle by expressing #gratitude for the creative energies of the four elements and their attending #Angels. OPTIONAL: Light an Incense after all is done as an offering so that you end your #seed #plant with the #intention and #energy of gifting. That's it! Be ready to start thinking about what you'd like to #release coming up on the our next #Full #Moon.
