- MANTRA 2: «Yo tengo el poder de la palabra. Todo lo que verbalizo tiene gran poder». Te propongo un experimento: Mírate al espejo y dite algo nocivo. Experimentarás malestar físico (congoja, miedo, frustración acompañados de un nudo en el estómago, quizás lágrimas…). Ahora repite la experiencia, pero recuérdate todas las cosas que te gustan de ti mismo, todo tu potencial. Sentirás alegría, tranquilidad, confianza. La musculatura se relaja. Las palabras producen emociones y las emociones producen reacciones químicas en nuestros cuerpos, siendo capaces de alterarlos, tanto para fortalecerlos como para debilitarlos. Por eso los mantras son importantes. El verbo actúa como catalizador de la energía cuando hablamos de la Ley de la Atracción. Esta Ley se manifiesta en todos los aspectos de nuestra vida. Os contaré más cosas de la Ley de la Atracción en las siguientes publicaciones.
