- 🌸 PUDDING DE CHIA 🌸 Au goûter aujourd'hui, pudding de chia et sa compotée de pommes (hihi ça fait plus chic que compote ! 😂). Un goûter ou un dessert ultra simple, rapide à préparer, bon et sain.... Oui, j'utilise souvent ces mots là pour décrire mes recettes ! 😀 J'ai juste laissé tremper des graines de chia dans du lait d'amandes pendant 2 heures. Une fois le mélange durci, un peu de compote par dessus , et le tour est joué ! On peut varier les plaisirs en mettant du coulis à la place de la compote pour une note plus sucrée, en faisant tremper les graines de chia dans du lait de coco pour une touche plus exotique, etc...🌴 L'avantage du pudding de chia est qu'il vous permet de profiter au mieux des vertus de ces petites graines, à savoir un fort taux en protéines, en fibres et en oméga 3. Il est en effet recommandé de faire tremper les graines avant de les manger. Le mucilage (sorte de gélatine qui se forme autour du grain lorsqu’il trempe) permet une meilleure digestion et une meilleure assimilation. 😊 Et vous, vous êtes adepte du pudding de chia ? - 🍫 Chocolate and vanilla chia "float" with ancho chili chocolate nice cream, topped with @thisbar cherry, sea salt, and chocolate granola bar and some of my own homemade granola. 🍫 I've been thinking a lot of nostalgic desserts and foods lately. They always seem to be the most comforting and the most exciting to recreate. Plus, I wanted to use a very kind gift from @thisbar in a way that would represent their amazing company well. They send food to children in need with every purchase from their company, and they make incredible vegan products on top of it 💕. The idea to turn this into a "float" came from my childhood. When my brother and I would go to the pharmacy with my mom or dad, often they would let us get ice cream floats from a little parlor inside the pharmacy, and those moments are always very warm in my heart. My brother and I were (and still are 😉) a duo that can be a tad intense at times. We have a tendency to push each other to do just about anything- including and especially limited to some very, very stupid things. So getting floats was often directly related to the behavior of the day- something that couldn't hurt to be implemented into our adulthood. 😊 ° ° ° The chia float ingredients are simply chia seems, almond milk, a hint of maple syrup, and unsweetened cocoa powder. For the vanilla I added a little vanilla caviar. The nice cream is only 4 ingredients: a few frozen bananas, about a 1/4 tsp of dried powdered ancho chilies, and a hint of maple syrup.
