- Making breakfast bowls again with my friend Siggi! 💚This is banana + cinnamon 🍌 How to: Soak chia seeds in water + plain oatmeal in water or milk overnight in the fridge + scoop them both out with a melon 🍈baller + then add lots of bananas! This yogurt is flavored, protein-packed + not too sweet! - Was inspired by a smoothie i got yesterday at freshii to put some nuts in my chia seed pudding this morning! (Finally they’ve added an interesting smoothie that doesn’t include pineapple! Banana, walnut, almond) I found that by putting nuts and flax seed, I was able to use waaaay less chia, as they really helped to thicken up the pudding. Having half of this bowl for breakfast has kept me feeling full for nearly 4hrs now! Which is crazy, cause I’m a very hungry person who can eat all day aha. •two tbsp chia •heavy sprinkle of flax •about 5 walnut halves and 5 pecans •half cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Mash up the nuts with a fork (or blend them if you want it smoother,) and add the sprinkle of chia and flax. Poor over almond milk so it looks like really milky cereal and give it a stir. Pop it in the fridge for a few moments, or leave it on the counter, then give it another stir and pop it in the fridge to set over night.
