- .. My workout partner didn't motivate me much and didn't get me water during my breaks between sets. She did come back to my marker a couple of times to meow at me then go away. ••• Late night workout for Day Three complete! I was exhausted today. The kids, God Bless them, wake up every day at a very early time to take care of their morning chores and then get ready for school. They also help each other and Effie get ready as well. My oldest has to be in school by 630am M-Th and by 530am, F. The days are early and the nights are long. I just wanted to sleep. But something kept nudging me to wake up and press play. I got my workout done. I gave my all. Sore knees and all! Sweat hitting the mat! Aches going through my body. But I did it!! Tomorrow is another day. A fresh new start. Did you get your workout in today? ..
