I had to stop a few times this morning for water.💦 Did you know: 👉It is possible to survive weeks without food but possibly only one day without water.👈 ( I don't think I could survive without the food...but that's the facts) 👉Did you know that even on a cold winter day, your body will lose about two liters of water?👈 Imagine how much greater that amount of loss is on a humid summer day like yesterday. Essentially two-thirds of our body is made of water and active people, require approximately 2 liters a day. A quick tip is to take your body weight in pounds and divide in half to give you the number of ounces you require for the day! 💧Often times we also think we are hungry ... when in fact we are thirsty! 💧 So when you are packing your lunch today make sure you pack water! 💦
