You've probably heard by now that "sitting is the new smoking" ... and that's catchy and all but it's probably more like "being sedentary" is the new smoking but...ya know, semantics & a catchy tagline. . Either way, on average a person sits for something like 11-13 hours a day. ELEVEN to THIRTEEN. It's not just about when you're at work, it's the commute 🚗 to work, it's the meme browsing 🤳🏻 at lunch, it's the netflix binging 📺 after work and then wham. Day is done. 😴 . Folks that are seated all day may notice: . 🔹Neck/Midback Pain 🔹Headache 🔹Low back Pain 🔹Fatigue/Mood Changes . Not to mention the increased risk a sedentary lifestyle poses to developing things such as cardiovascular disease💔 and metabolic disorders. . That felt like the most nondescript list ever, but honestly- a lack of moooovement in your life is going to make you feel like -ish. Yeah, standing desks are cool and I'm glad you're out there going hard at the gym but if you still aren't aware of how you're holding yourself or conscious about trying to change up your positions on.the.daily... well you're fighting a losing battle. . Tingly hands? Tight Low Back? Headaches or Midback Pain? Yarına da beslenmemi hazırladım okuldan sonra çıkışta spora gideceğim. Bu arada arkadaşlar ben kilo vermeye çalışmıyorum yanlış anlaşılmasın. Spor olarak da cardio yerine fitness yapmayı düşünüyorum yani zumba falan değil fitness, yoksa zumbaya da katılmam mümkün ama neden kilo vereyim 55 kgyim. Bu arada günlük 2k kalori alma hakkım var alacağım da😂 Bol bol tavuk yumurta ekmek pilav ohhh en güzel beslenme sporcu beslenmesi god damn #myfitnesspal#food#eating#calories
