- I tried something a little different for breakfast today: Toasted Millet/Quinoa blend bowl I made the millet/quinoa blend last week for dinner and had some left over. I thought why not make it into a sweet breakfast dish? Kinnda like oatmeal? So I took some @califiafarms toasted coconut almond milk and 1 cup millet with about 2 tbsp of chia seeds and heated on low temp in a sauce pan until it thickened. I then added about 2 tsp of maple syrup and cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. I topped it all off with @wild_friends chocolate PB and @baresnacks toasted coconut for flavor and crunch! Add a side bowl of fresh fruit and VOILA! Healthy, yummy breakfast is served!

Normally i manage to break the yolk by accident when im cooking it, but NOT THIS TIME FOLKS😎😎 lol so ya just an english muffin with avocado and a fried egg🍳 im trying to always appreciate the little things now - like the fact that this avocado was perfectly ripe and i cooked this egg to absolute perfection so like hey what else could you want in lifeΒΏ?
