- Now this is what I call a #breakfastofchampions!! Happy 13th day to the #tiuteam for the #tiu21daychallenge!! I started my day w/ the awesome arms & abs workout. I will do the #5exercises when I get home from work tonight. My breakfast and snack were absolutely satisfying and delicious!! M1: TIU waffle W/ Apple M2: TIU blueberry protein bar M3: Tofu bikini wrap M4: Pumpkin chia seed pudding (was supposed to eat it yesterday) M5: Will eat chicken w/ veggies either at home or out to eat depending on what my hubby and I decide later😊
