Do you spend it hitting the snooze button a couple times and then feeling like you're in a mad rush to get out the door and get to work, barely eating a breakfast or noticing the calm spirit of the morning? Are you someone that wakes up early and takes your time eating breakfast, having a little something to read and easing into your day?
I love waking up extra early (yes, I am crazy), listening to personal development or a podcast, writing out my to-do list in line with my goals for the day, drinking 20-24 oz of water, and thinking positively about how my day will go. Then I go and conquer my workout to seal my morning routine.
When I do this, I am more productive, better able to overcome any obstacles that come my way, more focused, and feel much more confident about myself, my day, and just feel downright as amazing as I deserve to feel!
