I'm getting closer and closer to my starting weight, but my body composition in the photos speak for themselves. Shows how little value that number on the scale ⚖️has when it comes to how you look. ____________________ Believe it or not...during my cut I didn't step on the scale not ONCE for about 12 weeks. So many people start dieting and put too much emphasis on the scale. That number staring back can be discouraging. Especially to those that are strength training. Building lean mass is an important step in your weight (fat) loss efforts, but can result in an increase in weight as well. ____________________ However, there are so many different metrics of progress when aiming for fat loss like tape measurements, calipers, the mirror, progress photos) or more expensive options like BIA machines, Dexa Scan, etc. Use as many as you can!
