- ⚡The LANDMINE CHEST PRESS⚡ This is an incredible way to safely train your triceps, shoulders, chest and core at the same time. It's also a great go-to exercise for anyone who struggles with shoulder injuries or instability. HOW TO DO IT 1️⃣ Set yourself up correctly using something to prop up the bar and choose an appropriate weight - start off light. 2️⃣ Assume an athletic stance with your feet about shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and leaning into the bar slightly. 3️⃣ Keep your shoulders back and down, clasp the bar, keep your elbows narrow, back straight and core tight 4️⃣ Press with strong, straight, stable wrists in front. 5️⃣ Control the weight and bring it back down again. 6️⃣ Maintain control throughout each rep. ▶️You can do it single arm or two handed like in the video. ▶️It can also be performed standing or kneeling on one knee to force he core to work in a different way. 🔥Give it a go and let me know how you get on.🙂 🔥Any questions drop them below or private message.

- My interest in sport began very early. I started as a professional figure ice skater and actually won a gold medal. Then life happend, I had to find something else and became a volley ball player. I never stoped moving and sports saved my life in so many ways. Today I try to inspire people to do the same. So what am i trying to say? Spin. Dance. - I finally feel like I'm coming out of a valley. Things have not been going in my favor lately. Started with the ankle/achilles strain two weeks ago. That held me back on running/cycling. Went through some withdrawal and in a sense I coped with social media consumption, cooked nuts, kale chips, and other old unhealthy habits. All these things I coped with were in extremes. Many hours wasted and really binged. I also got sick for half a day. But trying to dust myself off and get back on track. Just finally finished a VLOG. That will be up tonight. It was one of the days these past two weeks that did go really well. 🙂Much love!

Right before the biggest competition of the season, I was told I might have torn my meniscus and PCL; after a month-long illness that prevented me from training all of July. I was lost. My coach, Luis, inspired and pushed me to keep training, moving and improving. Seng Song was my rock as I worked towards being ready for the start line. My Personal Best this year was more than just the time or medal, it was me realising I had everyone (and thing) I needed to be the best version of myself -so long as I had the courage to try.
