- Such a killer treadmill circuit for your next cardio day! Give it a try! Set incline to 1.5-2... just enough. 🔥 1.5 miles at 7.5 speed (8:00 paced mile... or do whatever feels best for you. You want it to push you, but not be too difficult.) 🔥 1 minute sprint at 8.5 speed or higher 🔥1 minute at 3.0 speed, walking to recover and bringing heart rate down ⬆️Repeat the minute of sprinting and walking 5x!!⬆️ 🔥On the final fifth sprint, cool down walking for two minutes rather than one 🔥Jog 1 mile at 7.0 speed (8:30/mile pace... a little slower than your initial pace) 🔥Turn speed down to slow walk and walk it out for 1-2 minutes for cool down. 💦Around a half hour and a little over a 5k and such a good burner! You'll love this one!💦
