- So happy to now have a HUGE part of my life that pushes me consistently to be healthy. All I had before was my own will power. Now I have community, accountability, fresh support every day. . 3 months ago, in blind faith, I moved forward in becoming an online health and wellness coach. I knew if I committed to this level of accountability, I wouldn't fail. And, oh my gosh, even in seasons of BIG change (surprises will be announced soon!!), I'm adapting but STILL pushing. So glad I chose to make one of my streams of income something that keeps me and my loved ones healthy. I needed something that attached love to the purpose. Ah. Best decision. . - I did not kill myself today...like i almost did yeaterday! I actually took it easier than normal after yesterday. My concern today was work (I worked late) and getting my sleep in, I am posting this from bed YES at 8pm...because I want my 8 hours! - Mini crumble de manzana y helado de frutos rojos para un rico postre 😋 en este día con clima bajon 👎🏻!!. Corta manzana 🍏 (a mi me copa más la verde para este caso, pero claro crazy que esto depende de tu gusto 😜) y cocinala (👁 un poco) en una sartén con aceite de coco, mientras en un bowl mezcla 1 taza de copos de avena, stevia o el endulzante que prefieras (a gusto), 1 cda. de aceite de coco (colocalo previamente en el micro unos segundos para pasarlo a estado líquido 🤓), una pizquita de jengibre, canela y sal, luego juntalo con la manzana y coloca la preparación en moldes de muffins de silicona para llevarlo al horno hasta que se dore la avena 😮. Para el helado simplemente triture frutos rojos congelados 😎 (👉🏻 podes comprarlos ya en este estado o congelar la noche anterior fruta natural). Cuando esté el crumble ponele una bochita del helado encima y cómelo así que recién salido del horno es una delicia 😱!!.
