- What a photo πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Week 2 legs done βœ… That was super hard!! I think more mentally than anything else today...for the first time I felt really self conscious in the gym. I had to go when it was really busy cause I've been at work. And I was on the matts in between two super fit girls who were KILLING their workouts and then there was me, really struggle with the burpees and I swear I was doing those reverse step lunge things completely wrong, I just couldn't do them (anyone got any tips ahaha)!! I kept telling myself to not compare myself to the two other girls but it still got to me! πŸ™ˆ However, I do feel so much happier for doing the workout and I'm only going to get stronger πŸ’ͺ🏻🀞🏻Here's to getting fitter and happier πŸ™ŒπŸ» How have everyone else's workouts gone?!

- My workout buddies today! πŸ€— People always ask me what keeps me motivated. And I always respond that at this point I rely on #discipline more than on motivation. I have a whole blog post on that, actually. However, some must-haves that keep me pumped are: good music (90's hip-hop and show tunes not exempt πŸ˜‚), cute workout clothes, and my yummiest meal for post-training waiting in my bag. πŸ˜‹ And on days when I need an extra little push I throw on an extra coat of mascara and some lipstick. πŸ’„Tinted lip balms by Revlon are my FAVE. - Happy Monday fitfam! It was a long weekend for me celebrating my best friends dirty thirty. I feel like I could sleep for daysss lol. Just cleaned my house and now headed to the gym. I can't believe 4th of July weekend is upon us! I am headed away to my finance's cottage from Saturday to Tuesday so I am going to try to have a really good week workout/eating wise because I know I will be having plenty of treats this weekend again. - Back from my unplugged weekend and sharing some TRUTH with all of you. I've been struggling MAJORLY recently across all aspects in my life right now and I'm completely burnt out from being stressed out. I am CRAVING my motivation, inspiration, and will to achieve my goals again. It makes me happy. It gives me life. It brings me sanity. Right now I feel like I'm just staying afloat when I want to thrive so badly. I am not perfect and I'm trying to balance my imperfect life while battling the perfect picture in my head. I don't give myself enough credit for what I have achieved and dwell on what I haven't accomplished. I know I'm human and cannot be alone feeling this way.
