- Alright, so introduction time πŸ˜… I officially started BBG in May last year. I had been doing sport throughout high school but as soon as school finished, so did my training πŸ™ˆ I picked up weight very quickly and was unhappy. I began going to the gym and found I got bored easily and then stopped, because I didn't have a set routine. It's a lot harder to keep myself motivated when the decision was always up to me what to train, how many reps and when to stop. Then I did BBG on and off up until December 16. I felt I really struggled (and still do) with my upper body strength. So from January-March 2017 I gave BBG a break and focused on weight training in order to get strongerπŸ’ͺ And so after my 2 week holiday end of March(As you can see, I picked up some weight after those holidaysπŸ™ˆ) I began BBG again from week 6 though, because I've probably done Week 1-4 about 6 times by now from all the times I restarted last yearπŸ™ˆπŸ˜… For once, all I want to do is get through BBG 1.0 and start 2.0 and I'm hoping by creating this page that I'll be able to do this by being your guys' motivation at the same time 🌷 So that's me for now- hope you enjoy my progress and have a lovely weekend!🌸 #bbg #bbgcommunity #bbgtransformation #gym #beginnerprogress #fitness #bbggirls
