- A late and rather boring dinner for me tonight! But I'm super happy as tonight I finally went back to play tennis. I've loved tennis since I was a little'un but haven't played since I moved to London 5 years ago! I've joined a 5 week coaching programme for intermediates and was absolutely terrified that I wouldn't be good enough and the other people wouldn't be nice. But I absolutely loved getting back out on the court and can't believe I stayed away so long. The other guys doing the course were all really lovely and so funny and I think I may even make a few new friends 😊Putting yourself out there really does pay off ⭐️⭐️⭐️

- This morning I was listening to a podcast all about morning routines. I always find it so interesting to know how others start their day. Usually for me, I wake up, oil pull for about 5 minutes, drink ACV or lemon water, write in my gratitude journal & workout (walking, yoga, weights etc.) What's the first thing you do when you wake up? I'd love to know 😊💛 . Anyways lunch was a fried egg in @fourthandheart ghee + sprinkled with curry powder, roasted curried chickpeas, broccolini + avocado (all produce & eggs from @milkandeggscom 🤗) . #eatprettywithkruti #eatpretty #inspirehealthy

- catch me at the bar 6 days a week working towards a better me 🏋🏻‍♀️ the second you stop working out because you think you should or because society told you to and start working out because you want to improve yourself and you actually enjoy it and it makes you feel good is when the progress will come - both mentally and physically 🦄✨ i workout for a few reasons; 1️⃣ i have goals and one of those is building muscle for my competition in november (duh) 2️⃣ it gives me a release and takes away any current stress 3️⃣ it makes me feel good 4️⃣ it's good for me 5️⃣ being able to lift heavy shiz is pretty badass 😏 don't ever do anything because you think it's what you should be doing. do everything in life with passion and because you actually want to. consider this your reminder and your push to sweat today - GO because you know how amazing you'll feel after 💦 i could go on with my reasons but those are my top 5.. what are yours? side note: these @adidas #ultraboostX are hands down the best shoes ever - so good for running and squatting 💯 #bodybuildingmotivation
