- So a weigh in day ( after a bad weekend lol ) and banged out an arm session. Was hoping to do abs too but i shall be banging that out with some cardio tomorrow morning before work. Got to say a massive thank you again for my arm blaster from @colinthegame and @nikkimariebishop seriously this bit of kit is fucking ace!!! Really helps to focus the bicep and stop swinging the whole body to get the weight in the air. Also #rdx as i have got my wrist support and looking forward to get my lifting straps tomorrow. However me like a plum, ordered a large weight lifting belt......doughnut so if anyone needs a leather lifting belt please let me know. my body will never be that small ! The arm session today was uploaded onto my story and the two main lifts were preacher and skull crushers. And 3 supersets of bi/tri deff feeling the burn Got 2 more sessions planned out this week with @matt_vanilla_gorilla_smith excited for that ! Had a weigh in today and was a mix of both yay and ahhh. Yay was body fat has dropped by 1.1kg ( somehow!) But my mass has gone up by .8kg im making a guess that was due to a boozy weekend. But again staying postitve im doing this to lose fat and gain muslce. please please please people dont just go on weight alone. If you can, do take measurements and most gyms have a body fat scales Β£1 a Go #bannatyne grove park. Not bad. Try and get as acurate as you can with your #progress. So onwards and upwards and roll on tomorrow ! Boom! #gym #fatloss #sweat #workhard #gainz #nopainnogain #personaltrainer #arms #gymfitness #gymlife #onwardsandupwards #weightloss #protein #fitness #motivation #slowandsteady

- 10 Rules for getting into the shape. . . 1. DO NOT DIET. Diet is a restricted word and a diet is meant to be broken, they are NOT substancial or progressive long term. It's always short term and people always break diets which leads me into my next point. . . 2. Stick to the basics. This might seem like an obvious statement but you need to consume less calories than you need. Hacks for this : Drink plenty of water and eat fibrous foods. Foods that ideally look they've come from an animal or from vegetation. Try to be as natural as possible. . . 2. Eat for satisfaction. Enjoy your foods and make time for foods you love. DO NOT starve yourself, follow your macros, listen to your body and make allowances from time to time. . . 3. Strength train. Lift heavy, Lift as heavy as you can and use compound exercises - always aim to lift heavier than your previous session. . . 4. If you know your macro nutrient allowance and have an idea of your food consumption that helps. Log it in to apps such as MyFitnessPal and stick with it for a while, if you do this you will get used to what your body needs over a period of time. If unsure hire a fitness professional for Macro Nutrient advice. . . 5. Discipline. For me that means doing the right thing even if you don't want to. . . 6. Don't get down. Life is all ups and downs so work hard to achieve your goals but always work within the boundaries you set yourself. . . 7. Set achievable targets. Like myself I know I will never be 100kg solid muscle, 6ft 2in. But what I am is very fit, lean and strong as anything for my height. Set targets within your boundaries. . . 8. Don't obsess and stress this will only slow the process down. . . 9. Trust the process. Bottom line is if you eat well most of the time and exercise effectively it will work. The process will always work . . 10. Enjoy it . . . . . #fitness #personaltrainer #manchester #manchesterfitness #bannatyne #simonmpt #trainer #nutrition #strength #clientgoals #hardworkpaysoff #discipline #enjoyinglife #macros #nodiet #instaeat instafit #fitfam
