- I'm tired of competing with myself. I'm quite happy with who I am. There's a time for everything and our goals change along the way. My goal is to be happy, which I guess is your goal too? Sometimes we just lose track on what makes us happy. We compete with ourselves to get better.. and then? Does it ever stop? Or are we looking at lifelong competition? You see I love to see progress in my practice and in life. But if we always look for progress.. when will we ever have time to enjoy who we are now? We will change so many times whether we try to change or not, that's just life. So enjoy who you are n-o-w. You'll never be this person again, you'll never be this age, you'll never get to experience your kids growing up again... this moment will be lost forever unless you enjoy it and make a lot of memories. - Lean Green + Chocolate Smoothie Anything Green is lower in calories and healthier right? Nope!🙅🏻👎🏻 . 🍀GREEN BOWL 480 Calories 🍫CHOCOLATE BOWL 387 Calories . Both bowls made with bananas, almond milk, blueberries, cashews and coconut chips. . 🍀GREEN Ingredients Supergreen Powder Spinach Half avocado 480 kcal, 48 carbs, 27g fat, 7g protein 🍫CHOCOLATE Ingredients Carob powder 387 kcal, 52 carb, 16g fat, 5g protein . Carob powder can be used as a healthier chocolate replacement. It is naturally sweet, low in fat, contains calcium, fibre and no caffeine! . The point of this post is that quite often, we see "Green things" (Smoothies, Soups or Bars) and may immediately think: "GREEN = LOW CALORIE and the better choice".
