- some of my meals are super boring and basic! but if there's one thing I learned in my healthy food journey that I've been on for over 3 years now (when munchies first started!) it's that balance and consistency are key πŸ‘ŒπŸ» also, what works for one person may not work for you. I listen to my body and plan out my meals based on how I know I will succeed and accomplish my (food) goals. Tuck your baby in slightly, stack your wrists underneath your shoulders, and keep a slight microbend in the knees and elbows to avoid hyperextending. This pose takes pressure off the pelvic area, allows you to maintain neutral spine, and takes some weight off the abdominal area by shifting your center of gravity. Hang out here and simply #breathe, or try moving into a wide-legged forward fold.
