๐ฉto find myself ๐ jogging ๐ฃin the same direction to grab there matcha green tea donut so bad for my diet but yet so yummy to me๐๐ besides that if I drink too much liquid in that day or It's a natural bloat from that time of the month,then my in coming abs seem to be less visible during those times.
Thankfully now I'm back on track & more constant with making my own prep meal or getting meal prep food from๐ด @flexfitfoods
๐คwhich is great because they do all the tracking๐ for you which I would recommend for those who don't yet know how to track their own macros or that just don't want to deal with it or have time to cook their own meals or simply just don't know how to cook.

which if you saw my previous post from a few days ago i talked more about me joining, but my start weight was 140 and because i wasn't constant in working out or in eating the healthy meals my weight was always all over the place.
So the first thing you need is to be persistent rather it is to lose weight get #toned
grow muscle mass ๐ช or just be stronger you have to be persistent once you can train your mind to make it a habit to constantly eat healthy and work out often then will you begin to see results in not only your look & strength but in the way you feel which is the very first step but also one of the hardest step.it's easy to fall off, But believe me you can do it.
