- Fitness centre = one minute from my room! 🙌🏻 Sometimes when I see holiday workout pics I think why do people workout on holiday? Why not have a rest? Why not just relax? Why don't you let your body recover? So if you are thinking any of these, my reasons for today are 1. jet lag and I want to nap later so I can stay awake past 8:30pm 🙊 2. working out makes happy and relaxed for the rest of the day 3. breakfast buffet post workout won't even see me coming 🌚I am going to write a blog on holidays/workouts when I'm home, today is for the beach and more book reading! 🙏🏻🌴🌸☀️I did 3/4 of a #bbg workout this morning as I decided 21 minutes was just enough for today 😅😘

- Have you ever wished you could MAKE someone eat better or take better care of themselves? Sure you have. We all have. We aren't able to force our will on others because it isn't about us. Our wellness journey is personal and is between us and our bodies. Sometimes all we can do is plant seeds and hope that they take root. But don't get discouraged, just keep on sharing and setting a good example for those you care about. I am constantly surprised when someone tells me they have made changes because of me....even if it is as simple as eating more vegetables for dinner. #healthyisthenewblack
