- #artcubewtf this is an extract of Korean artist #KimBeom completing his work ‘Yellow Scream (2012)’. Why is it called yellow scream you may ask? Well, he uses yellow paint and every time he applies a brush stroke, he screams out loud... ‘the technique to this painting is to incorporate the sound of screams into the brush strokes [because] a brush stroke done with screaming is very different from a normal one… the effect of the screams is recorded with the brush strokes’. We hear you!! The full video is 31 minutes if you’re interested and as far as we know it is currently still in the collection of the Walker Art Center. via @creators_project / Don’t forget the sound for the full experience #artcube
