- My go-to breakfast lately. ๐ŸŒPeanut Butter Banana Protein Oats๐ŸŒ. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 3oz Bananas and Cream Protein and 16g All-Natural Peanut Butter. You could top this with real bananas as well (I ๐Ÿ’› bananas, but can't eat them without an awful stomachache since I had my gallbladder removed for whatever reason). . 299 Calories ๐ŸŽ‰ 32C๐Ÿž 11F๐Ÿฅ‘ 18P๐Ÿ’ช 5.5fiber๐Ÿ’ฉ I prep my oats ahead of time in bulk batches in a rice cooker. Then divide, refrigerate and reheat in the microwave for morning ease.
