For example, when you ready to purchase the first step is to get you pre-approved, whether you choose one of the lenders the Agent works with on a regular or someone you find on your own. Next you need to make sure the REALTOR has your lenders contact information so that they can have a conversation with the lender in order for the REALTOR to understand what will and will not work for you when you are searching for that place to call home. It may just be the pre approval amount, or it may be understanding your loan options and depending on which, it would determine what purchase price along with any other expenses like HOA fees, taxes, insurance, ect, because all that factors into your debt to income ratio and what you can and can not buy.
I recently had a buyer who refused to provide their lender's information which to many in the industry is a red flag or tells us that you really don't want us (me) to give you my best service in most circumstances, unless there one is using other types of loans wear debt to income may not weigh as heavy, maybe a commercial loan is involved, or what's the best type which is straight cash-we still would need proof of funds.
So remember if you would like for you REALTOR to help you, you must help them help you. #theegainesrealtor #theegaines #iconzhair #theegainesstylist #REALTOR #realestate #realestateagent #homes #homebuyers #house #houses #sold #forsale #lender #homeloan #Nashville #nashvillerealestate #Atlanta #atlantarealestate #Cherishedbythee #nspire #nspirenetwork #cherishpadsforwomen #cherishpads #sanitarynapkins
