- SO IM HIGH KEY MOTIVATED AS HELL to be more social and make more friends and just come off nicer to people ,because every year in school I'd been quiet and not really made effort into talking to people I didn't know ,but I'm realizing that even though I ahve friends like not making effort to talk to people is missing out on a lot of possible friends and when you don't talk in class people form the opinion that you're weird or a bitch, when if I actually were to talk to people idk they would probably like me and realize I'm not a rude I was jus bein shy (also fuck shy and fuck social anxiety Do something everyday that scares you , if talking to someone random scares you DO ITTT , all you gotta do is start the convo and let them move it forward ,so rehears it don't think about it , it doesn't matter who it is it's the same as talking to your best friends , when you act uncomfortable other people get uncomfortable be the type of person you like talking to. BUT ALSO you don't have to be the most confident just act how you want people to see you ,fake it till you make it plusss taking everything in you to make conversation with the person beside you and messing up is 6272828x better than not saying anything because not saying anything can make u seem rude and if you talk to them they will talk to again most likely and then Ice broken wooo, last year I've sat beside people (assigned seat) and not spoken once because people knew me as the shy antisocial bitch so they didn't rly try to talk to me and I didn't try to talk to them , but if I had talked to ppl that sat beside me early they would have thought I was nice(maybe lol) and then you actually have someone to talk to in your classes and everything is more fun when you ahve friends or even jus ppl to talk to in general sooo And When you feel that scared nervousy sick feeling and you're having anxiety over something DO IT just push yourself to do it pls , (I'm trying to ) that's how you get over fears , like people who are scared of spiders slowly out themselves around spiders and then they slowly get used to it.
